Made to order
Every Sanianitos piece is made by hand, with care, and made to order after you purchase. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for making before your order is dispatched. This is separate from delivery time.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
Delivery times
Once your order is dispatched, delivery time depends on your destination and the carrier. Any estimate shown at checkout is a guide, not a guarantee, and we can't be responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We'll email you the tracking details when your order is dispatched.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total, and you are responsible for paying them. We can't predict these charges, so please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels
- If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it hasn't arrived well past the estimated time, email reception@sanianitos.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, email reception@sanianitos.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible and we'll look into it.
