Refund policy
Every Sanianitos piece is made by hand, with care, to the measurements you select. We take as much care in making your piece as we ask you to take in choosing it, so please check your waist, hip and length measurements against our size guide before you order. If you change your mind, you have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel for a full refund.
Choosing with care
- Your waist, hip and length measurements, together with your height, determine your fit. Please take each one carefully and check them against our size guide before you order.
- If you're unsure about anything, email reception@sanianitos.com before you order and we'll gladly help you choose.
Cancellations
- To cancel, email reception@sanianitos.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 hours, we begin making your piece, so we can't cancel, return or exchange it.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for cancellations within the window above, to your original payment method. Because each piece is made to your selected measurements, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
